Lee is back with the second of his three-part look at slasher films from North America produced in the 1990s. As the genre went on to the middle of the decade it still seemed directionless, throwing whatever at the wall and seeing what sticks, and often just trying to do what worked in the 1980s... until a little film called "Scream" appeared on the scene.
